The St. Louis Catholic Leadership Collaborative creates and fosters an environment of relationship building, spiritual formation, and educational opportunities in order to empower existing and emerging Catholic leaders in the St. Louis region to inspire creative collaboration within and across sectors.

We seek to create a network of existing and emerging lay leaders who can fill the increasing ministry gaps in the St. Louis region.

We hope to create a common, shared space where connections are made across sectors, new ideas are formed and celebrated, and collective action is born for the benefit of the regional Church.
